Our refund policy is very flexible and designed to address your concerns related to a change of mind or in an unlikely case you didn't like our practice tests.
- If you have attempted less than 20% of the tests from a test series, you are eligible for 100% refund.
- If you have attempted more than than 20% of the tests from a test series, you are eligible for refund of the tests which you didn't attempt. Following example can elaborate more:

Lets say you subscribed for a test series with 20 tests. Test attempted Eligible for refund 3 100% 10 50% 15 25% - If you have attempted a free test with a test series, that will not be counted as an attempt for refund purposes.
- You can ask for refund with-in 30 days of your payment.
Refund process

- You need to provide your bank detail in the email along with the details of the subscription you want refund for.
- The refund will be processed with-in 7 business days of receipt of email.
